Horrible return policy…
Tried it out for a day just at home-had to take the tags off to do that. Fits length wide perfect., but it digs into the top of my foot-even with adjusting the straps. Your return policy is awful-I can’t return it because I wore it for a few hours! How the heck else are you supposed to make sure it works. Won’t work for me-can’t return -zero stars!

Quality does not match the price point.
Although the CMC joint brace fits well and does a pretty good job of bracing the joint, the device is poorly made and wears out way too soon at this price point ($100).
Specifically the velcro straps are not up to the job beyond about 3 months wear. The brace must be removed many times a day for hands to be washed. The velcro grip breaks down in a couple of months and is useless within 90 days. I would think such a simple device would be cheaper.

The brace is to short for my application. the opposite end from the thumb, digs into my scar from the wrist surgery.
For the cost, I thought it would be better.

This product is truly an engineering marvel! I have a wrist sprain and currently have trouble bending my wrist front and back. This allows me to do that.

Helps my plantar fasciitis
I have been wearing my brace most of the time. I cannot wear it with some of the compression stockings. They are just too tight to get over the brace. Sometimes it does make an imprint on the top of my foot. It will bunch up on top. It has been helping my plantar fasciitis.

Sizing is incorrect
Sizing is incorrect.
Disappointed that after back-and-forth with customer service and sending pictures etc they said it could be replaced, but then the replacement form said the brace needed to be in perfect condition. It is in perfect condition except I cut it per the instructions provided initially.

Great Little Brace
This brace is the best thumb brace I have experienced. It's nice and small and doesn't get in the way of doing most things. So many others are too big and bulky.
I got the wrong size at first, but was able to return it and get a smaller one with no problem.

I am impressed with the brace
I am impressed with the brace. I didn't think it would work for me as the hand at the end of the video looked like mine. It stated it won't fit, etc. I put it on and adjusted it and it has been great. A little achy as I adjusted to it, but now I feel achy when I don't wear it. I'm so glad it worked otherwise it would have been surgery.

I have ordered a second brace in the correct size for me. I have emailed two inquiries as to how to return the first brace (worn only to try for fit, put back in packaging), but have received no response. Second brace, ordered 10/29, has not arrived yet.
