Ring - Not impressed

I ordered a ring and it came in tarnished. I also ordered a bracelet and it was so small it would only fit a child. Not impressed, returned everything. I did however get my money back in a timely manner.

Order not recognized in your system

Got an order confirmation number. Tried to check on my order status and was advised there was no order on file. Delivery was mid to end of april. So i do not believe you even got my order? Sent an email to address from my order confirmation to inquire about it bt that means and the email was sent back to me.
