Bad business practice

I ordered a hoodie at the beginning of November 2025 for a gift and no payment was taken so I forgot about it when it never arrived. Yesterday March 24th 2026 the Bradford exchange takes $166.09 from my account....I call and am told that it wasn't in stock at the time and it was now on its way. Terrible way to do business and I will never order from them again!!!

I called to place an order and the…

I called to place an order and the person the total was $250 when I told her I wasn’t going to buy something I didn’t see , then when it wet to payment she said the card didn’t work. So I said forget it , then went on line to place order every thing went well until the shipping was double the price. That was it I called 3x to cancel the order and not one person could find it. I even sent an email saying because of the customer service I didn’t want the item and tonight I find it in my mailbox please send information on how to ship back as I will not do business with a company that treats their customers that way

The item I ordered for y sons birthday was broken.I was told I would get a refund bud haven’t heard if that will or have happened.The first item I ever ordered was for my granddaughter and it was perfect and treasures it.I was so upset when this happened.He said it was ok but I could tell he. Was disappointed.If I get that refund I will buy him something else.
