The website was easy to navigate and I look forward to receiving my order. However, on receiving my purchase email confirmation, I noted that it will not be delivered until some time in April or May. I was hoping for an earlier delivery.

March 26, 2026 Update: I have now upgraded my original review to a 5 star, which was based on my ordering experience. My order was received on March 18, 2026, much quicker than I was originally told on my purchase confirmation email. I absolutely love my purchase!

Did not have a bad experience, as I got exactly what I ordered. The problem came with ending the subscription. That part they don’t make as easy as the buying part. Overall, you get the items they describe… that you want… but not f you don’t put a stop to it they’ll just keep coming. $$$

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service or there lack of. Ordered my item, received my invoice and nothing! Nothing at all. It was a gift to my granddaughter for Feb 26th. Tracking was suspicious and insecure sight so I hoped for the best. Still nothing. So disappointed. What has happened to this once upon completely reliable company?
