Disappointed in the name plate. It's not like the picture, it seems cheap. It looks like a dab of glue in the middle of the plate was used to attach it to the product, the rest of the heart is not attached. If you're not careful, one slight bump could take it right off.

This was the first poor constructed item I have ever purchased from Bradfored. While the globe itself and the music box are fine. The problem is with the personalization. The heart fell off the globe as soon as it was opened on Mother's Day. This made for a bad first impression. The design is a problem, as well as the glue job itself. The personalized heart is flat, yet the surface to which it is supposed to attach is convex. This means that unless the heart is held in place until the glue sets, the heart will pop off, as it did in this instance. This item was well below the normal standards of Bradford.

This Globe was given to my sister. The Elvis song was a favorite of her and her husband. He died recently and she was very happy to have it as a gift.
