Can I give you a ZERO!? You have the audacity to ask for a review after your cancel my order without even notifying me. A gift that was supposed to be a wedding anniversary gift... one that I never got and was left with nothing to give my wife because your communication is horrid? Bought this for my son and daughter in law. It's so cute and I love the personalization option. The musical tune was so pretty. We love listing to it. I would highly recommend this globe. Shipping was fast and hassle free. Very satisfied.

I ordered one for my wife for Christmas. Never received confirmation or a deduction from my PayPal. So several days later I ordered again. This time I received notifications. The my PayPal was deducted for both and I received 2. Both the same. When I ordered the second one I sent an email to Bradford to let them know about the first one issue and assumed all was good. I want to return the duplicate one. I have ordered several Bradford items. This has been the first issue.
