The gold writing is very light so it doesn’t show up as good as expected. Also the heart where our name was engraved is not attached and secured very good. I thought it was a solid piece not separate that they added to it. I am somewhat disappointed in it. I expected better quality.

Well I've called twice bc the glob has a scratch on it and your supposed to replace it. My first call was on 2-6-2026, second call on 217-2026. Today PJ said it could take 2 to 4 weeks to get replacement. My first call was to Samar. It's a wedding gift so I need it
