I was extremely disappointed when I received what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The ballerina that I thought rotated did not, and in fact would not stay straight on her magnetic base. It looked like she had one too many..... comical if not very sad that you would sell a product this inferior. I should have stuck to my original plan to buy from HS who had a similar but obviously much better product. Next time, I will

Underwhelming product. Looks old and used as opposed to the ad. The girl used as a magnet is risky leaving it easy to lose. Wish it turned as the music played as well.

It was so much smaller than the picture made it look. I thought Clara twirled around but it doesn’t. The music box sound is not very loud either. I would not order again.

I thought I had ordered 2 nutcrackers. and got one of each. Clara has a magnet that attaches her to the post. Nutcracker was already attached. Since they are music boxes, I expected that each would turn while the music was playing. They are static Nice to look at so will keep them closed. I'll watch future ads more closely.

Disappointing. The key to the music box was not centered in its hole. It was rubbing against the side. This caused the music to drag. The details on Clara’s face were distorted. I requested a return label.

Purchased 2 of these, one for 2 nieces as we lost their mother. my sister. The Nut Cracker was her all time favorite so I gave these to them in remembrance of her. They loved it and so did. Received quickly...

I wanted to really like it. Paint job is good. My main issue is that it is supposed to play music. But it's a shortened and abbreviated version of the actual song. The problem is that with famous songs, it is hard to make changes since people expect it to be the same as the original piece.
