Disappointed that Clara doesn’t spin. The pictures and description on the website made it seem like Clara would spin (dance) to the music when you wind it up—as most music boxes work. Instead, Clara attaches via a magnet but stays still. Very misleading and over priced for what it is.

I would have lived to give this product 5 stars, but it’s just lackluster. The design looks pretty, the painting and details are lovely, but the music box portion leaves much to be desired. Clara doesn’t move. She’s magnetically sitting on her spot and the music just doesn’t sound like the right cadence for Sugar Plum Fairy. It’s just eh. My daughter liked it but wasn’t enchanted by it and she’s a huge fan of the Nutcracker.
