Generic looking. The hologram projection is distorted the further away the topper is from the ceiling. It has to be almost touching the surface to make out the images. Not worth the price. I gave it 2 stars because is wasn’t completely disappointed with it.

The product was never received. My contact with customer service in regards to this issue that my product has never been received. There was no real professionalism with the customer service representative and was not able to resolve my issue and had no concern on resolving it at all.

It sucks. Won’t ever order from here again. I have had trouble with every order I’ve ever placed. Shipping takes forever tracking doesn’t work frequently charged wrong.

I’m not satisfied at all with this product. What is advertised is not what you get. The images displayed are so blurry it’s hard to make out what it is you are seeing. I’ve tried moving the item to different locations to see if it will help and it doesn’t. I would actually like to return the item please.
