This item showed all figures in a longated manner. I have purchased many items from this company but I must admit this was the worse. Customers service was awesome to deal with.

Had issues with the power connector from the beginning. Finally got it to work and then the motor went out and it stopped turning. Clearly it’s all made with poor quality

Cheap plastic “topper” (it sent a pole & zip ties to attach to tree). The light is so weak, that you can’t make out the characters clearly, even with the tree up against the wall and lights off in the room. Not even worth it at 1/2 the price!!!

I received this item, very cute, However, the second day of turning this on it started making s grinding noise. This is the 3rd item I have purchased and they are not cheap, that I was planning on returning. Upon my call to customer service and sharing my recent experiences, she put me on a brief hold. When she returned she was most apologetic and adsvised they were refunding my credit card and I DID NOT have to return the item. I was most appreciative of their resolution regarding all the issues I had experienced. Still very disappointing with the prices of these items and they do not work properly.

It is plastic and does not sit on the tree very well. The protection is good, but I was not expecting plastic, not sturdy at all for the price.

Way over priced for what we got. I will think twice about ordering anything from Bradford Exchange again. I found a similar product that does the same thing for a fraction of the cost. Really disappointed.
