I think it is a nice product for a gift and n Great words for a young teen
Said Son instead of Grandson I called on 12/9 and they said they’d send a replacement. I called back on 12/15 and they didn’t have record for a replacement. Now saying they’d send will send a replacement to arrive 3-4 weeks. I’m calling again to confirm.

The product we received had Son on it instead of Grandson. They could not guarantee delivery for Christmas even though it was their fault. So we canceled the order.

The quality of the compass keepsake boxes was very good; however, the card regarding the compass was not included as stated in the description, therefore I had a printer design off of the picture of the poem, which cost an additional for me.

The keepsake boxes were very good; however, the little card regarding the compass poem was not included in both compass keepsake boxes. I had a printer design the poem as it showed in the picture to replace the missing cards, which added to my cost.
Love it, a keepsake for my grandson.
My grandson graduated from military school . This was a perfect gift . Thank you .

Received my granddaughter Lila's graduation gift but have yet to receive my grandson Liam's graduation gift. Talked to one of your people and they said it would not be here until 6/30. Yet, no gift. I thought Bradford Exchange would be more trustworthy. Sincerely, Kathleen A. Neary.

We would like to rate this product, But we have not received this product.. we are still waiting. Very disappointed with Bradford Exchange…Service and communication with Bradford has been terrible, it would be nice if Bradford would contact us.. We just got off the phone with someone At Customer Service at the Bradford exchange,, The worst customer service I have ever needed to use,, was on hold for over an hour… we we did talk with someone they used the old BS we can’t hear you,, we will call you back… they never did, so I called again and was put on the call back list… we are still waiting…I do not recommend ordering anything from Bradford.. not sure but I do not think that customer service is anywhere in the States.. Another reason I would not recommend . This is very frustrating and that is why I am no longer a Bradford Exchange Customer… ( NON- U.S. Company )

The keepsake box is nice although I don’t believe the compass works properly. My issue is the box came without the poem card and certificate of authenticity. I called Bradford about this. I was offered a replacement piece which also came without the two cards. I wasn’t happy. I called Bradford again and was told by the rep she would contact the manufacturer to try to resolve the issue. I will probably return the item if I don’t receive the cards.

Although the keepsake box itself was very nice, we were disappointed that it was mailed with just mailing tape around the styrofoam protective packaging without a mailer or other outer packaging that would of prevented the styrofoam from getting dirty and damaged. The poem that was to be included with the box was omitted. There was no invoice or any other communication with the item. The return address label was tape to the styrofoam. I’d be hesitant to purchase an item of this quality again without insuring better mailing materials and all promised items included.
