I didn't receive the table top tree, which was what I wanted but instead the Songbird and the beak on one of the birds was broken so I packed and returned it. I want to cancel the who prescription and get a full refund. It would have lovely if not broken but I don't want the prescription. Cancell

Love the design, but the red paint from the ribbon bled into the white snow base. Sloppy work and it should never have passed quality control.

Only one of the 11 shipments have been received, any update on other 10 items? Each piece is to be shipped separately as per the website. When will I receive the rest of the items as per the website should be shipped soon. Customer service indicated within a week, but that has not happened.
