I love birds, which is why I purchased this. However, I have only received only one bird at this time, and so have to reserve my judgement. I would like to know however how often you ship and bill me for each bird. I thought it was monthly, but have just received a charge for the second one just 2 weeks after I received the first one. It is expensive for me on my social security payments, so I was not expecting the $52 charge more than once monthly. I have tried to call you, but you are not available on weekends.

I believed I was purchasing the tree as shown. But what I actually received were two bird figurines. I thought they looked thick and not at all refined. I called customer service to say I’d received the wrong thing. The agent explained that this was a subscription and that I would continue to receive pieces monthly, paying monthly, also, of course. I sent the birds back today. Had they been pretty and graceful and had they appeared to be worth the cost at all, I might have continued the subscription. Very unsatisfactory.

I ordered tree and was sent bird instead. customer service said bird has to be sold before tree. it is a set. very disappointed. was to be Christmas gift. needless to say 20.00 credit offered won't be used any time soon.
