When I saw this bird tree I fell in love with it and decided to give it as a gift. I was appalled to find out that when they received it there were only 2 birds on it and a bunch of empty nests. There were only 2 birds which were permanently affixed. The recipient had no idea what it was! I had to explain what I had seen when I viewed it. I certainly hope from the price I paid that additional birds will be sent!! Although attractive in the picture, I wouldn’t order it again!!!!

The birds I have received are beautiful. I cant wait for the rest of them to arrive. This is a wonderful collection.
The advertisement made it sound like my mother would be recieiving a small decorated tree. Instead she received a couple of tiny bird decorations. She is 80 years old, same age as her mother when she died and 2 years older than her father lived to be. I would not have bought her a starter collectable.

I have emailed Bradford Exchange twice to get a refund. Per the return policy, I emailed them to get a return label and to try to return the product. Silence (no answer whatsoever) from them. The product was not what I thought it was. I was fooled into thinking this was a pear tree with partridges for Christmas. What I got was one bird. And I can’t get any answer how to return it even though you have a satisfaction guarantee. Plus I found out this is a subscription series. I hope I am not receiving anymore. HELP!!!

I received the wrong product and sent a message to CS and never heard back. I am very disappointed to put it mildly😞. I would still love to get the tree I ordered. I will be sending back what I received and I am counting on being reimbursed for the shipping cost. Please send me what I ordered. I will accept it even after Christmas, if it can’t be sent before. Please email me your CS number so I can call and talk to someone about this situation. I appreciate this opportunity to relay my issue. There wasn’t a number I could call. This product’s picture is misleading. It looks like you get the entire tree. This was a special gift for someone. I would not send someone a gift pieces at a time. The picture should show what piece you are ordering not the whole, completed tree.

Good product, but the advertisement led me to expect a tabletop tree. That's not what I got, of course. Both the people who received this gift (I ordered two.) liked the ornament and yellow birds, though.
I was emailed by Bradford Exchange to rate my experience. How can I rate a purchase that misled me to believe the product comes as seen, before Christmas when it's only through a monthly subscription over a year before I get all of the parts. And it's not $40, it's $52 a month for a year before you can see what you thought you ordered for this Christmas? After my emails requesting to cancel on same day as ordered went unanswered until product was shipped, as a gift directly to my sister, I reluctantly let it go since my sister was not able to refuse package and she likes the 3 pairs of birds she received last month. HUGE mistake on my part for clicking on an ad advertising a Holiday Tweet Tree. Tsk tsk

It's a great gift for my birder friend.
Product not as pictured. Cannot attach third bird to tree limb. As such, product seems overpriced and not what I thought I was buying.
