So far I only have one of the objects that goes on the tree and it is very nice. I cannot say when it will all be like after I get all the pieces and the tree. From a past experience with something I ordered, I am assuming it will be very nice, but it is hard to make a true decision with onlyone small piece of the whole tree.

I can't tell you about the product because it never arrived. 45 days later, I'm getting jerked around with nameless faceless auto responses. Saying it is still scheduled to arrive by Christmas. No option to cancel. No phone number to call. This is a waste of money.

I did not purchase this item. Also, shipped to my billing address rather than the shipping address so I did not know about the error until I opened the box.

When you order this product, don’t expect a tree. All you get is one set of birds. I don’t know why they show this picture of a tree of birds if it’s not even what they are actually selling. It was going to be a gift for my mother and I am highly disappointed and starting over again.

I was under the impression that I was getting the tree and the birds. It was not clear by the add. I was intending to give this as a Christmas gift. Now, waiting for future birds then the tree makes it impossible. Frustrated.

This item is falsely advertised. They send one bird at a time and there is an automatic charge @ 80.00 every month and they send another bird. This is not a tree that is mailed- I called and cancelled my order and had to make sure they deleted my CC formation!
