It is beautiful but was a little disappointed with the trim around shade was loose and I had to press it down also a mark on shade but I can live with it the way it is.

THE LAMP WAS A RETURN FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND WAS BROKE ALL TO PEICES. WAITING ON MY 189.00 REFUND. NOW I KNOW WHY MY MOTHER QUIT ORDERING FROM BRADFORD YEARS AGO. ALL HER STUFF WAS AWAYS BROKE.

When I ordered I had put in for another address for shipment since it was a gift I called when I received it at my address. Whom ever I talked to said it was not on the order. I know it was put in I had to get my address book to put it in and it was to go to Pennsylvania as a gift. I am very disappointed since I was charged more than $20. for shipment and now I have to pay for shipment again. I am very unhappy with the service and will probably never order from the Bradford Exchange again.
