The Trunk and limbs DO NOT look like the picture you have on your web site. They are just metal Pipe Cleaners wrapped in cheap brown paper. Is your company running a Bait and Switch product? I will be returning this cheap product.

It's not worth the money. Made cheap and can't get the tree or the ornaments to look like the picture cause they are to heavy for the tree
