Hello - I am in the process of returning the table top tree. I was disappointed in the quality of the item, specifically the tree itself. While the picture shows what is similar to a dark brown tree that is could me made of a sturdy resin/plastic, what was actually received did not have that at all. It had light brown tissue paper wrapped around some long tubes and was definitely not like the tree. Hence the return. Very disappointed.

Looked nothing like what was online. They used tan wrapping tape on the tree and limbs. WAS NOT WORTH $139.00. I called them on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021 to get a return card and shipping label because my package did not come with either. The lady I spoke with said it would take 7-10 days.

Very cheaply made, very disappointing. embarrassing that I paid so much. Atleast gave me and the friend I gifted it to a laugh, will never buy from Bradford again.

This wasn’t what I expected. It looked cheaply made. The screw inside the tree came out that screws it into the wood. The wood didn’t hold together well and needed a nut to hold it in and that wasn’t supplied. We had to use one of our own. This wasn’t worth the money I paid and sent it back. That being said, other Charlie Brown Halloween items I bought were good and was pleased with them.

Very cute idea and the ornaments themselves were made well. However, did not like the looks of the tree and base. Had to return it.

I tried to purchase this tree last week as a gift for someone very special. It was a Christmas gift. I did not have enough on my credit card to do a down payment. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTICE that my card did not go thru from Bradford Exchange. I did receive a thank you and that my package would be here on December 1st. When it did not arrive, I contacted Bradford Exchange only to be told that my card did not go through. WHY, WHY, WHY did someone not tell me, either by email, text or call??? The surprise was ruined and more money, time and effort was put into another purchase that was nowhere near the thought that that Charlie Brown tree would have been! The person that I contacted could have cared less about my upset or my business. Sad...

It was horrible!!! I sent it back. Does not look like the photo at all. The tree does not even limp downward. The trunk of the tree is awful. It's made in China too. Very, Very disappointed in the Bradford Exchange. Beware....don't buy

I expected more from Bradford. The tree looks like chops sticks wrapped in masking tape. It is not even brown….it is tan. I am only keeping it because of the ornaments. I am putting them on another tree. Too expensive for what it is.

This product was very cheaply made. We got it for my 94 y/o mother and within 2 days parts had broken off of 2 ornaments and the paper was pulling away from the trunk. It wouldn't stand up straight. Very disappointed and have returned it.

This was a very cheaply made item. The screw came out of the bottom of it so it wouldn't stand on the base. This was within a few minutes of taking it out of the box. I wouldn't expect The Bradford Exchange to sell something of such poor quality. I returned the next item I received for the same reason. I will no longer do business with this company.
