There was a problem with one of the ornaments. Bradford said they couldn't replace the ornament alone, and offered to replace the whole thing. Unfortunately the recipient had thrown the shipping box away, so there's no way to return it. Disappointed that there was a problem with the ornament--the string loop pulled out. But the recipient said the tree was very cute.
It is cute, but I expected more from Bradford Exchange. My mom has been buying from them for years and the quality was always excellent. This product looked cheap and was very light plastic. the tree was brown paper tape around very cheap looking evergreen. The Charlie Brown tree I got a couple of years ago was better quality. That being said, my step son loved it...only because it was Charlie Brown.

I returned it the next day, it was cheaply made, plastic and those leaves!!, at least if they had been silk leaves, maybe. Looks like a $1 store item, I'm so dissapointed as I've bought pieces from your company yrs ago, but this piece was not worth the price I payed.

Excellent product and well crafted!
This tree is not at all what I expected. It seems really cheaply made and has some kind of wrap on it that doesn't look very nice.

This product is cute but I expected better quality for what they charged. I will say the Peanuts ornaments are a nice touch & it is a cute idea. Not completely disappointed & it shipped very quickly in time to have out for Christmas.
Ordered this product for Christmas. Order went through. Order status updated, and then, all of a sudden, listed as "returned". When I called to question what this meant, I was told product was out of stock. Never received an email or anything. Had to check on status of my order to find this out. How was it in stock when ordered and was told it was being delivered and then it was out of stock???? At the very least, think I should have been sent some kind of message that it was out of stock.

The description was perfect. My boyfriend is a huge Peanuts fan. He absolutely loved it.

Was disappointed at first took me a couple of days to get used to, once I put some lights on it. Definitely not worth $100 + $20 shipping. I would say maybe $50 with some sort of lighting included. 70 tops with free shipping

would be nicer if it had a string of lights on it like the original charlie brown tree
I haven't opened the box yet it's a gift. I've seen these before and thought they were a quality novelty.
Much cheaper looking for real than in the picture.

The stem of the tree is nothing like the picture displays it. Looks very cheap. I did not get the nut that holds the tree in place on the stand. Now the screw came out of the tree

disappointed with the quality of the product the base is raw wood and that tape that covers the tree is ugly. The figurines are cute.

I’m being asked for a review of a product that I ordered 2 weeks ago, and still have not received any shipping information. I can’t review a product that I haven’t ever seen. If I could have gotten out of this review by giving 0 stars I would have.
