got one years ago, but the globe stopped working after 2 years and the water in the globe turned brown last year. hope this one lasts longer. other than these two problems , it is nice.

Very disappointed - returned. For the $$, I expected the music box to be of much greater quality than it was. The sound was terribly distorted, and on high notes, it sounded annoyingly tinny. The quality and aesthetic of the globe itself was great, but the sound produced by the box is equally important, and Bradford needs to do better there.

I got this as a surprise for my daughter, who is currently deployed to Poland. It arrived at her APO address unscathed and is already bringing the Christmas Spirit to her and her battalion. The folks at Bradford Exchange were great to work with. They definitely delivered a quality product in a very timely way! I highly recommend them. Great company, great products, great service!

Poor quality. Music and train and charger don’t fit securely. This is the 2nd one that was sent ! 1st one I received has broken pieces and they were not in the box so it must have been broken prior to boxing

I ordered this item as a Christmas present with an original delivery date of 12/13 and then without any communication, I logged in to find out the date changed to 1/29/25. I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do, no offer of a discount or refund of the $30 shipping cost. I’m disappointed that the gift will not arrive in time for Christmas, but more disappointed in the lack of empathy or understanding from customer service.
