While the product seems fine I received no manual to tell me how it works so if it shutting off after an hour is normal or do I have a defective one I don't know. I have question about it called costumer service and got no help other than told to look it up on you tube which I couldn't find so very disappointed and will never buy from Bradford Exchange again.

The figures of the Peanut characters were smaller than I thought they were to be. Still like the snow globe. Quality is good.

Received the snow globe December 2nd, The motion did not work. returned on the same day Dec 2nd . Bradford Exchange have received it. Now when I check to see when anew one that works will arrive. It tells me January 17th. NOT HAPPY!!!!

The snow globe is pretty, but not as sparkly as I thought it would be. Also the resin finish is not as professional as I expected from Bradford Exchange.

The snow globe is sweet but the children moving around the base stopped working on the first day. The music is not great . There’s a skipping of notes on one song and the songs are not complete. They play for a short phrase. I love that the snow continually moves and parts of the globe light up. I called the company to replace it but they said I wouldn’t get it by Christmas but I have 120 days. I’ve decided to let my grandson enjoy it they the holidays and deal with the return shipping after Christmas. I’m hoping the next globe works better or I’ll be done.

it is just a bit noisy if you are not playing the music while the characters are spinning around the globe. Kind of like gears grating that need oiled
