I received the globe - However their is FALSE information on your site which lead me to purchase this item Information for product states Motion! Outside the globe, Lucy leads a skating line with Sally that actually circles around the fully sculpted, tree- and snow-covered base while Schroeder sleds down the hill and Pigpen makes a festive snowman That led me to believe that Schroeder would slide down the hill and Pigpen did make a snowman using motion. Those two last items DO NOT INVOLVE MOTION Also the star on top of the globe is not attached and their is no way to attach it. The battery container requires a phillips head screwdriver to open compartment to insert batteries. A total nuisance when you have to remove the batteries if you want to use the electric plug according to instructions given for product.

I really love this snow globe, but the packaging was horrible. Some of the styrofoam was pulled off and the box looked like it was on it last leg. Next time use a brand new box and better stuffers.

Upon receiving my snow globe, the top plastic star piece was unattached in the bottom of the styrofoam. Easy enough to fix, but this piece doesn’t seem worth the money I paid for it.

World be nice. But, I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service, I was told I could return it. No offer to rush me another one, No over of a refund of my $25 shipping charge, nothing. With this interaction, I won’t be buying anything else from Bradford Exchange.

It is cute, but not well made for the price. The star was broken off the top of the snow globe. It has a cheap appearance. Not worth the price
