Well it would be nice to get it. I still havent received it. I called and they said I should receive it on June 11. Never got it so I called again and was told I would get it on the 26th. We will see I ordered it a month ago.

It has been weeks and I do not have my order. There was a billing issue that no one informed me of which set the process back weeks. That was resolved and I still don't have it. I don't understand why I am being asked to rate a product that I don't have. I will never order from TBE again.

This caboose is much larger and better looking than I thought it would be. The details are awesome. The lettering is so precise. When viewing it on my train track, it looks like the real deal scaled down . . . not like those you'd find in a normal train set. I couldn't be happier. Thank you.
My grandson loved it with his name on it!
While the train itself was as expected, the personalization was very underwhelming. It was a sticker. I looked at the description and if it had said it was a personalized decal, I wouldn’t have spent the money on it. Very disappointed.

Great addition to my HO collection.
This "personalized" caboose is just a mismatched sticker placed on the side. Poorly placed at that.

This was a cheap plastic train car with a sticker on it. I expected alot more for what I paid and for what the description said it was. It didn't have solid metal chassis every thing on it was plastic. I paid over a hundred dollars for a 3 dollar toy. If it wasn't a gift i would have returned it the day I got it. I expected more from the Bradford exchange

Two purchases of the caboose - one for my granddaughter and one for me - and both are perfect complements for our train sets.
Xmas gift for my husband
The perfect "fit" for my trains. The caboose is named after my young granddaughter.
The price, was a little high for one car?
This train car was exactly what I needed to complete my train. It looks great!

No light inside car. Label cheaply made . Could have bought a caboose from another source and made my own labels.
