I purchased this item for a christmas present that was opened until today 12/25 and one on the light savers is bent. I would like to return it or exchange. Its a nice item, but disappointed to receive it defective.

This clock is all wrong, and we are considering sending it back. There are two blinding, bright blue lights that turn on and ruin the look entirely. The backing is cheap cardboard and the least the manufacturer could have done is made a few lights shine towards the wall behind The Emperor. We also don’t like that the hanging bell is not functional. We would like to say that you at least get what you pay for, but this is a pass in our opinion. For what it’s worth, our boys love it. Might keep it for that reason alone.

For the price I paid I expected this to work like a cookoo clock, but it doesn't. My husband still loves it and it is still a very nice clock but for that price I expected it work differently. My husband collects clocks, star wars, and unique lights so it has the cool light sabers and the star wars, but I expected a cooler working clock. Still I would recommend this product and items kn this site are still well made. I also bought one of the HO scale electric trains and that is phenomenal.

Never received my clock, and was charged for 2 day shipping. Terrible experience. Never shopping here again. For a place that's so expensive you'd think they would have their act together.

Cheaply made in China. Not good for the cost of the clock. Light sabers not straight. Hot glue everywhere. Pendulum doesn't actually swing. Lights up and plays pathetic sounding music. Thus is what Bradford stands for now? Products used to be quality but now no better than Chinese garbage.
