i have ordered this clock TWICE. the first one came and the light sabers were bent, damaged. the second one came and they were bent, but not as bad this time. my husband wanted the clock so bad, that we just did not return it the second time. but i will be considering other options before ordering. i will say all the customer service people have been really sweet. but the amount of money i am paying for these clocks, you would think they would be better packaged. really disappointed in this one for sure. i have ordered three clocks now and several jewelry pieces. i really like the options, but the packaging really had me upset on this one.

The clock plays tge star wars music ar 5 mins before the hour. The music box part isn't well attached to the interior of the box. However, the clock keeps time, tge lightsabers light up during music, and the detail is well done.

for this to be a 250$ piece i just expected more the light Sabor Darth Vader was holding is very loss and it looks very cheap for the price compared to other products this was not worth the product.

Unfortunately, this item looks better on paper (or on screen). For the most part, it seems to be made from some of the cheapest material possible. It is not American-made and is "Made in China." I have purchased a total of 3 items from the Bradford Exchange since April of 2021 (during my entire lifetime of 50 years). Unfortunately, the 1st item I purchased (Yoda lamp) came with blemishes/marks all over the shade. The 2nd item I purchased was the Sith Vs Jedi cuckoo clock. When it arrived, Luke's lightsaber was broken off at the top and the Star Wars music did not play "every hour on the hour" like it is supposed to. It played every 25 minutes past the hour (1:25, 2:25, 3:25, etc). I informed a rep at Bradford Exchange and was told I could ship it back or they could offer me a $20 gift certificate towards my next purchase. The rep told me it would take 6 weeks to get a replacement clock if I wanted one. She said it takes 3 weeks for them to get my return and another 3 weeks to ship it out. Therefore, I shipped it back to them and immediately ordered a replacement Sith Vs Jedi cuckoo clock (which came in 9 days). I was happy Luke's lightsaber was not broken on this clock. Although the clock played Star Wars music every hour on the hour like it is supposed to, the face of the clock had 2 quite noticeable scratches. It has become quite apparent that Bradford Exchange does not bother to check/inspect items for damage and/or defects before shipping them out. Every single item I have purchased from them has arrived damaged. Each time I have been told to just ship it back and wait 6 weeks in the mail for a replacement. I get an apology each time and an offer for a $20 gift certificate (which I can only redeem if I buy another item from them again). These guys really don't know how to treat the customer right unfortunately.

To whom it may concern, I joined the Bradford exchange a few years ago when I purchased a Super Bowl coin. I was very pleased with the quality of the product. Recently, I have purchased Star Wars coin collection and the Star Wars train set which I feel are quality items. However, the clock that I just purchased for over $240.00 is a big disappointment. I cannot tell what time it is unless I am very close to the clock. The background is some kind of hard paper that is not what I thought. The Darth Vader and Luke figures are of poor quality. The sound of the Star Wars theme song sound is muffled, even turned up fully. Compared to the Hallmark Death Star Christmas Tree Topper which cost me $99.00, this item is over double the price and the sound doesn't even come close to the tree topper. The frame of the clock is of quality but I am displeased with the overall price worth of this item. I am a collector of all things Star Wars and I am excited to see more and more products available, but for the money that I am spending on a monthly basis I need to see better quality if I am to make future purchases or recommend these items to friends that are also Star Wars collectors. I know The Bradford Exchange is a better company then what I see in this recent purchase.

The clock is really cool, a little expensive, but certainly “cool” if your a Star Wars fan. I would have given it 5 stars all the way...if only they had the characters move ..even a little, would have added so much to this clock and it would have gone from a “B+ to A+

There is a big divit on the base. The light sabers do not light up and there is not a way to close the back panel.
