I have no idea and would rate negative numbers if possible. Several weeks ago your website said shipped. Now it does not and says will receive by sometime in Feb. Where's my item? This is BS. Originally told me it would be delivered more than a week before Christmas. Now delivery date is sometime in February. I ordered it at the end of November.
