This item is exquisite. It is well made and excellent price for what it is. This item is well painted and a beautiful piece for my collection of nutcrackers. The melody plays well and no, it does NOT spin. Very beautiful.

While the item was beautiful, our child received it with the music box bottom falling out. I am going to have to glue the item back together for her. As this was a Christmas gift, we could not return it for replacement.

Disappointed. It (H8943) arrived with the wind-up music box completely detached from the base. It appeared to have been attached slightly off center. I had to peel back the gold foil and glue it back. With the dried glue on the base, I could not get it to center up and re-glued it in same position. Also, the egg was leaning to one side, apearing to be slightly bent at the hinges. I could not straighten it fully fearing it would break. Pictures attatched.

Cute "little" decoration. Appears A LOT bigger when you buy it than when it appears. The Nutcracker prince doesn't even rotate as the music plays. More likely worth $50-60 instead of $129.

Your advertising is grossly misleading. You have to manually open the “egg” and there is no movement at all. I’m accustomed to music boxes and such to have some sort of motion and there is none. At a minimum the “egg” should open on its own. I thought you were a reputable company.

Order item on Dec 21 with website indicating with 2 day shipping item would arrive on 24th. Paid for 2 day shipping. Item wasn’t shipped until 23rd making it impossible to receive for Christmas. Item did not arrive until 27th. Rip off
