My wife absolutely loved the Nutcracker egg musical! The quality, craftsmanship and detail were exceptional! Definitely would recommend to family or friend!

The product is exactly as advertised. Beautifully crafted. The only problem I had was that it was not delivered before Christmas, as guaranteed, even though I paid more than $30.00 for “2 day shipping” and a guarantee I would get it before Christmas. It was delivered on 26 Dec., the day after Christmas. I have sent two inquiries about getting a refund of my extra shipping cost and have been ignored.

Despite paying for expedited handling and FedEx shipping, this item barely arrived in time for gifting. It was expected several days prior to its actual arrival. The product itself was good quality and the recipient really likes it. However, i would not pay the high price again for expedited handling.

My product arrived not working. The egg does not stay closed. One side hangs down and the other side stays up and will not come down when it is wound. I am very unhappy for the money I spent. I cannot give it as a present and I would like my money back
