Not at all the quality I expected from Bradford exchange. The paint is poor. The mechanical workings poor. The two halves of the egg don't align properly when closed. It just has an overall cheap product feel. Detail quality on nutcracker low. Disappointing

The art was very nice, however, I did not realize it only opens manually and the nutcracker does not rotate with music.

The product looked nothing like the picture and did not match the description of the product. I was very disappointed when I opened the box. It looked like a 5 year old painted and assembled the product.

I was really looking forward to this item. It is just meh. Nothing really great about it. The music box sound is mediocre and is the song. It looks really weird when the egg is open and the details just do not pop like they do in the picture. Save your money and buy something else.

We received the product and it doesn’t look much like the ad at all. In the ad it’s blue and looks brand new. What we got is black, and looks like it’s been used for years.
