Not what I expected as far as quality, very disappointed. The painting was not that great, there was glue or paint in places it wasn't supposed to be. Was hoping to order more of the Nutcracker musical pieces, but I'll pass.

Can’t really rate it because I was sent the wrong item, 2 days to receive a email reply and 1.5 hours waiting on customer service on the phone finally got a replacement coming…it’ll be here after Christmas

I would love to rate this product but it has not arrived. It said it shipped on the 3rd & I emailed twice with no response. This was supposed to be a Christmas present would someone please check on this & answer my request. Thank you! Joyce

Overall bad experience with Bradford customer service and product. Sent me the wrong item. Took several days to answer me about the problem. Item was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Wanted me to mail the item back then said it would be 30 days after they received it before they would reimburse me for the purchase. Then couldn’t get me the correct item before Christmas. It’s takes a company 3 minutes to take your money but it takes them 30 days to give it back. And you are a Christmas gift short for a loved one because it takes DAYS for them to correspond with you. Overpriced for what it looks like in person versus the sales add. 0-10 do not recommend

This is beautiful. The colors are vibrant and finished with high luster. The nutcracker is very well crafted with fine features. My only disappointment is that he does not move with the music.
