The ad said that it played dance of the sugar plum fairy and it doesn’t. Thought it would spin and the egg would open, the egg has to be opened manually and it doesn’t spin.

This was ordered for a gift. It looks like a cheaply made item that you could find at any discount store. The "jewels" are dull, look like they were glued on in a hurry, and it overall just looks cheap. I assumed either the sides would come down when playing music or at least the top would spin, but it didn't even do any of that. I've always thought Bradford Exchange was high quality items, but admittedly I haven't ordered from them in a few years. This will be the last time based on the quality. I can probably get something comparable from Fingerhut.

Nutcracker could have been a little bigger. Overall very pleased

I would love to give this a higher rating but the product arrived in two pieces. The bottom is too heavy to hold together with the glue that is used.

It is beautiful, but since it does play music I expected the egg to open upon playing the music and the figure to turn. Looses it when I have to manually open the egg, very disappointing.

It is beautiful and completes my Nutcracker Byers figures. I will have it on display all year.
The music box winds and plays extremely slow. It feels and looks cheap.
