This is the second time I have purchased something from Bradford Exchange and the seconded time the product did not ship. Then when I tried to get the product you told me that it was out of stock. You keep taking the money and never deliver! I will never buy anything from your company again.

Never received the item. I have called sooo many times and nobody can do anything. The shipping keeps saying label created. I have no perception I will actually receive and beliebeen scammed. scammed. I even paid extra for faster shipping, what a waste

Packaging arrived damaged, music box portion was completely removed from the rest of the product. Fortunately I was able to glue it back on but I was disappointed. Sent an email and it was returned as unable to deliver even using the customer service website
