I never received my order. I’m still waiting for it. I called customer service and I can’t ever reach a live representative. Terrible customer service. Would definitely not recommend buying from them.

I didnt receive a tree or ornaments.. just a house. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend this product to anyone.

This is Bert disappointing. Not the quality of what I expected. I sent this as a gift and they returned it the same day they received it. It was also not clear that I was ordering a collection and not a one time purchase. I am still waiting to receive a refund and confirmation that I have cancelled my entire order with no future shipments

I did not receive my tree. I only received Jack and Sally's house. Now I won't have a tree for Christmas.

Never received it. Cant get an answer or help from anyone at bradford exchange. They sent the Halloween house and never anything else.

I haven’t received anything except the house and sally. No where on the site does it show when I will get the rest (tree, skirt, ogle boogie).

I would have probably loved the product but unfortunately it came broken and customer service was extremely slow getting back with me but my wife is trying to glue it back together but it hasn’t worked out so far

I can not advise anything the shipment shows delivered but not to my home. The photo of the porch is not ours we have sand bricks and the photsloa are Red. Sorry wish we could rate it

I never received the tree and when I called I was told the ornaments were sold separately. Unfortunately I had to cancel the whole. I was very disappointed.

What was depicted in the advertisement was the Halloween/Christmas tree, which is what I intended to order. What I received was Sally’s house—cute, worth having and well-made—but not the purchase I thought I was making!
