I have yet to receive the product, I think they sent it back to sender? I’ll happily change the review if I get either a refund or the product actually sent to me.

I sent it back. I ordered the Christmas Tree and received Jack's House. I now received a post card that I will receive regular shipments and be billed. I do not want regular shipments. Please cancel any items regarding the tabletop tree collection.

The ad is very misleading! it makes it sound like there is only 3 separate shipments, but only to find out there is 25. The total items that are shown in the picture will cost you about $2000 after you pay for each piece plus delivery. I wish this could be shipped as one entire shipment at a more reasonable price, instead of having to pay over $250 in shipping fees while you wait to complete the set.
