All I got was Jacks house and a Sally ornament and that was all I got. I thought I was getting the whole tree but I guess not. Waste of my money and time.

Never got the entire tree after paying what I thought was full price. Instead, was sent one piece (and I had paid 80.00) and then was told each "additional" piece would be charged to my card upon release! A total scam. Emailed customer service, demanding my card be removed and that I would NOT be purchasing anything further from this company! Buyer beware!

I love the product, I just felt slightly misled as to the price. It's still a good value for the money, I just think the website needs to be more clear about the price per issue.
I was very disappointed! I thought I was getting the tree and all I got was the a small tree house, I wanted the 3 foot lighted tree. Thanking you in advance Dorothy

I ordered this twice and both times received the Nightmare Before Christmas House- not the tree table top. The first house arrived broken. Second house in one piece, but not what I ordered. Your website has zero information on how to contact customer service or do a return.

Tree looks so full in the pictures but when it arrives, it's very sparse. Disappointed especially with the amount I paid for it.

This entire experience has been a scam. They tell you that you’re buying a collection and then proceeded to tell you that it actually takes 12 months to get the collection and it cost upwards of $1800. Ridiculous, save your money. All this is a bait and switch.

This is advertised as the whole tree but it’s only one piece of the collection. $85 for an 8 inch Sally house replica, not the 3 ft tree.

False advertisements, this product claimed to be the whole tree, upon further digging it’s several “ subscriptions “ so you have to spend several hundred dollars to get the actual tree.

Beautiful representation of the best movie ever made! Love it.
Ad and product description is incredibly misleading. If you are going to show an image of a tree with ornaments with only a partial price, you should also show what the total price is. The description does not explain well that there are 25 separate shipments each at $65. Also to have only one to two shipments a month is ridiculous again when your advertising a completed mini tree
