I paid full price when ordered so entire set would arrive at once. Only the first small house and Sally arrived. Still waiting for the tree and tree topper.

Horrible! I thought I was getting something like what is pictured and I got something small and not so good looking. Not happy and wish I could get a refund

So far it is great I like the way they look very nice and crafty but it's not the tree yet still waiting on that I bought the full set so far I received the house that Jack and Sally live in and only the Sally figurine. It came with a certificate of authenticity. I took three pictures of it two with the lights on and one with the lights off it was too dark with the lights off so I had to turn on the TV all the windows light up except for the chimney part up top it's just painted yellow still really great though.
The product itself is cute. However it said 3installments of $25ish dollars or to pay it in full at $75ish. We paid the 75 think that would get the full set. Nope. Just a tiny light of house and a 1 1/2 inch Sally figurine ornament. $75 for those two tiny things, as cute as they are is not worth the price. In total you're paying $225 for a 3ft tree (which I can buy that and a skirt in purple for $5) some figurines and ornaments that the artist can decide at any time if they want to lengthen or shorten your order based on demand. Nope nope nope. No thank you. Very angry customer and feel like my parents were scammed in the process of trying to do something sweet for my birthday.
