Very misleading description. You do not get all items at once and you have to pay full price 3 times. Not worth it.

I have been charged $38 ten (10!) times for this tree and ornaments. They keep coming after being delayed over 6 months.

i did not get the tree yet. but i did get one of the accessories and it came damaged. i did return and i am still waiting for the replacement.

Little confused on getting the tree but live sally and jacks house
Never order from them again. I am still waiting on items that I ordered back in September 2012.
Unfortunately I have canceled by subscription in that I did not realize that I had subscribed to 22 figurines along with the tree. That is not affordable for me. But the piece I received was really beautifully made.

Unfortunately the first piece arrived broken in half. I sent an email but have yet to get a response. I’m pretty sure that the customer service will make it right though. It’s still a awesome piece.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Cheap Chinese crap. You can get a $5 tree from Dollar Tree & it’s exactly the same thing.
