I have not received all the items and yet you have sent a survey. Only a small portion of the tree and a character. Hoping rest come in soon. I will gladly redo survey once all items are received.

I failed to read the complete description. Basically you will pay $59.99 + s/h three times. They charge per “issue.” The first issue is Jack’s house and a Sally ornament. I was very disappointed in myself to not have read this prior to ordering but the kicker is the actual quality of the product. It’s so cheaply made. I am able to return but my daughter is actually excited to receive the rest. Morale of the story: read and understand what you are purchasing and honestly the quality is very poor.

My problem with the item I received was with the description of the product. I thought I was ordering the tree but when it arrived it was the Jack Skeleton piece. My daughter is a big fan of Jack but it was a good thing I told her to open it. When I told her that’s not what I ordered she read the description several times & we decided $76. Was way too much to spend on all the pieces I’d have to buy to get the actual tree. Very disappointed in Bradford!

I would have loved to have gotten this tree that I ordered the Nightmare Before Christmas Table top tree. I purchase the first 2, one for me and one for my friend and got something else. I ordered two more again thinking I did something wrong with the order and again got the wrong items. I was really excited to get this order and was let down twice. I am returning all of my two orders tomorrow.

This should have been the tree itself, not a small plastic house. I returned it immediately because the tree was tge picture used and not the small house.

Your advertisement looks really nice the product I received was just dreadful! A small fake tree with some lights and nothing else…very disappointed cheap! Something I might of picked up at a Dollar Store.
