What I have received so far is I love can't wait to get the tree!
I cannot read it at this time because I still did not receive full order missing Christmas tree very disappointed. Finally received Christmas tree extremely disappointed poor quality will not order another thing and stop emailing

Way too expensive for what I received,
If I could give a 0 for quality I would. Not up to the standards of Bradford Exchange. I am very, very disappointed. I ordered 2 for my daughters Christmas. They were very disappointed. You need to hire a quality control person. If you already have one, apparently they are not doing their job. Do not recommend this item and nor do I recommend the Holy Family.

I gave you a 3 because I have not received all of the product as of yet. Asked me again when I receive the tree and angel ornaments. The quality is wonderful and value for your money is worth it, I can’t wait to receive the tree and ornaments

Poor paint on faces and long blond hair on baby Jesus was just wrong. You really have to read the small print on this stuff as it is very misleading in the picture

You people are a bunch of thieves your ad is very misleading I thought I was paying for the Thomas Kinkade Christmas tree and all I got for $77 was a set of dime store figurines I am extremely upset and will NEVER buy from or recommend you to anyone

I have bought many things from Bradford exchange and happy with them all.
In the end this collection will cost a grand. Definitely not worth it. Looks Beautiful but had to cancel.

I still have not received my tree. I did receive a small box with 3 of the small pieces that go with the tree but I did not get the tree. Can you check to find out when I should receive it. I paid the money to get it on time for Christmas. Please get back to me. Thank you! Deborah Brackett
