The tree is pretty without the lights. When I turn on the lights there are only a few lights lit and all seem be on the bottom. One or two in the middle and 1 or 2 on the top. I was disappointed for the money I paid.

As soon as the tree was delivered and removed from the carton I was very disappointed with the quality of the tree. The three it’s self looks cheap and no way worth $150. I returned it the same day I received it. Still waiting for my refund. I emailed customer service and was informed it would take 30 days before they would process my refund.

Ordered it way before Christmas and it dn't come until a few days before. By then I was so disappointed that I didn't even open the box until yesterday (1/23/2021). Although it is nice, it is very messy and doesn't seem to match the price I paid. Way over priced. Wouldn't have bought it if saw it in a store.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. It arrived with one of the birds in the bottom of the box, luckily not broken. The base of the tree looked like it was beautiful painted glass in the picture, but was made of cheap plastic. It also is smaller that it appeared in the picture. I decided to keep it rather than return it, but i will not be ordering from you again in the future. A ring I ordered earlier had gold plating on a small portion of the setting which was worn off within a couple weeks of wearing it. The quality of your products does not match the expensive price you charge. Very disappointed.
