I have not received my order nor I have I received any shipping information. In my opinion your service is very,very,very,very,very poor. My order was placed on November 20, 2020 so an explanation would be appreciated. No Christmas tree for me. Second complaint: Called Bradford Exchange Customer Service on Friday, December 18, 2020 to check order and was told item was on backorder. It would have been good customer service to have at least emailed me this info weeks ago. You are not high on my list for ordering anything.
