When the item is expensive, do you have to tack on another $20. The items are always very nice, but the extra money is high.

Ordered and Never Got It
Ordered the Land that I Love ring in time for July4th. Order was received 6/26 but it was totally the wrong ring. Called customer service and was given RMA return and told I would be shipped the ring I ordered.
Called 10 days later after they received it back and was told it would take a month to process the return and then I would be given a refund. I would have to order the ring again! No thanks, lesson learned never again.

They are a lovely company with beautiful items
Well, they are a lovely company with beautiful items. There customer service is hard to get a call back. Delivery takes forever and I waited months for a set of rings I was already making payments on. But, the other experiences I had with them were fairly good. The quality of their merchandise is really good.

Difficult company to deal with
The company makes it difficult to edit an order to make changes or cancel it. You’re basically stuck and at their mercy. I contacted their customer service chat and basically got hung up on because it was closing time. Pretty sad. I won’t be ordering from them ever again. It’s too much work trying to edit something that should be pretty easy without all the calls and emails.
