Faultless and stressless
So so thankful that I have, after 5/6 different companies delivering various materials from concrete blocks, tiles, sand and gravel, I found Bradfords.
Cannot fault the delivery driver whatsoever. What a bloke, so many drivers I've experienced were rude and miserable. The driver absolutely smashed it around my back lane too, many others struggled and moaned etc...
Excellent value for money too, I'll be back and I would recommend all day every day.

Amazing service from Bradfords Avonmouth! Mike was extremely helpful and polite both on the phone and in person. He delivered my gravel first thing in the morning making my day super efficient being able to crack on with the job bright and early. Will definitely use them again if needed. Don’t bother with Travis or B&Q, these guys will beat them on price and quality service. Thank you!!!

Good and bad bits.
The website was good. Except for the delivery/collection buttons on the product pages which i found confusing. Received a text message at 7:30 am to tell me that delivery was due between 7-9 am the same day. not ideal. then after reorganising school drop-off, the delivery didn't turn up until 10. (Realised several days later that someone had left a voicemail the day before.) When it turned up several of the fence posts were poor quality. One had to be refused as it was full of rot. Why put them on the truck when it was so obviously rubbish? felt like i was being mugged off. Returned the item and haven't had a refund yet. Phoned Avonmouth and they just said its been passed onto the web team. So it summary post order Communication has been poor. From delivery organisation to refunds process.
