Ordered online, called to confirm a convenient delivery day and time (am/pm) and delivered as arranged. Will use again and highly recommend for prices and service.

The bricks were a bit more sandy than the description but the delivery arrived on time and the driver was very helpful

Goods arrived on time. Very friendly and helpful driver. Only minor point is I did ask that the driver phone me when he got to the top of my Close so I could give him directions to my garage. He wasn't given the message and drove to the bottom of the Close only to have to reverse back up, with cars everywhere. He was good though and just got on with it

Great to have a quick delivery, but a notification when it was being delivered would of been handy, as I was at work and the delivery man asked my partner to help unload the fence panels from the lorry, but she suffers from a bad back, so not ideal, as now she is in a bit of pain.

All in all a pretty good experience, but when I was collecting the timbers I had ordered online, the forklift driver was 'kind' enough to lend a hand loading but unfortunaly flipped an 8x4 sleeper straight onto my fingers, one of which I now can't touch anything without shooting pain, so I'm assuming has chipped the bone. If it wasn't for being injured by their careless employees I probably would of used them again but I definately won't now. I didn't complain at the time as it wouldnt have achieved anything but I'm frustrated I didn't mention it now.

Placed an online order for 4 sleepers for delivery to home address within 3-5 days as stated on the website. Immediately after placing the order Exeter store telephoned advising that our click and collect order was ready for us. Advised that we had paid for delivery although the worker stated that according to the record he had, it was click and collect. I forwarded my copy of the receipt which clearly showed delivery was paid for. He stated that he could not get this issue resolved until after the Easter bank holiday weekend - although this was a common problem which customers keep experiencing. Why had this not been looked at then? Additionally he advised that delivery would not be available until after 13th April as they were so busy with orders and could not keep up. Stated that this was not the contract I had entered into as the website says delivery in 3-5 days - not 12 days. Worker stated there was nothing he could do it was due to demand. It was suggested that in which case the website needs updating to reflect this. Then received a call from Danny from the Exmouth Branch who advised that Exeter were unable to fulfill the order due to a Covid outbreak and the Exmouth store would deliver the sleepers on Thursday 8th April. No sleepers received. Telephoned the Exmouth branch and spoke with Mark who stated that the sleepers were actually due for delivery on Friday 9th April - not informed of this by anyone and had stayed in waiting for the delivery. Mark was also totally unaware of a Covid outbreak at the Exeter store.
This was my first time ordering with Bradfords and definitely my last. Shocking customer service and still no goods a week after ordering.
