Good service
Driver was great and delivery quicker than expected. Would be top marks but for a few damaged bricks and some damage to one of the timbers. Still think I can use them but will have to be a bit more thoughtful of where to put them otherwise all excellent.

Think the delivery guy could have been…
Think the delivery guy could have been much nicer and more helpful. Unfortunately I am quite poorly with covid, can’t even walk without being out of breath…..asked him very Politely if he could kindly walk an extra 10-20 step and place the 10ft post just through the gate into my back garden and he point blank refused saying his job is roadside but is bringing them to front garden. There were no extra steps to climb….just literally 10-20 foot steps so they wouldn’t be stollen off my front garden. Just wish there was more kindness in the world and just because it’s not your job it doesn’t mean you can’t show some kindness.

Absolutely superb service. Contacted to confirm delivery, driver arrived promptly and went above and beyond to place the delivery exactly where we wanted it even though that meant a difficult crane lift over a fence.. thank you!

Mask wearing in outside spaces
Bradfords have decided to enforce mask wearing, even in outside yard spaces. This is just not logical. Additionally they don't allow mask exempt persons on site. This is discrimination.

I can assure you that we take matter like these very seriously.
We only ask customers to wear a mask in outside areas if they are being served by one of our colleagues, this is to keep everybody safe.
With regards to those medically exempt, we do permit those who are medically exempt to shop with us but we ask that they continue to follow all other measures in place and ask that they maintain 2m social distance from others and sanitise their hands on entry.
We are currently investigating your comments with our branch.
