Easy, and sale item.

Easy to deal with, ordered some C16 timber for delivery. Came within a couple of days and delivery driver was happy to help carry it in to garden.

I bought a length of skirting on the website and had a call the next day to check in about the best time for delivery. I then had another call when the driver was on the way. This was a nice, personal touch, rather than just turning up unannounced. The skirting is also peng.

Price of 20mm shingle was good as there was no delivery charge on top. Kept informed of when delivery would occur and only had to wait a couple of days. Delivery driver efficient

Good product and polite customer service. It was however delivered on the wrong day (a day early) and the delivery instructions were not followed.

Bradford's Exeter staff called me quickly after receiving the order and arranged delivery within a few days to suit my needs and availability.
The driver unloaded the materials exactly where we wanted and with care.
all in all an excellent experience of Bradfords.

Positives: (1) ordered wood by 3pm and they were delivered the next day, (2) customer service on the phone was good from the depot and refund for the wood returned completed within 4 days
Negatives: (1) quality of wood was not to an acceptable standard, with over 50% unacceptable for requirements, however due to time constraints the design of use of the wood had to be altered, (2) not all wood was delivered

The reason for posting this is apparently the team in the yard knew the wood wasn’t acceptable (driver confirmed this on collection of the unwanted wood), however still loaded it onto the truck for delivery. As a customer, this isn’t great as you would expect suitably cut wood to be provided, not massively bowed, twisted and misshaped to arrive. It appears the wood was there and it’s worth sending it onto a customer regardless instead of taking it back to the timber merchant.

I asked to know the name of the timber merchant the supply came from and whether this was a regular supply or not - nothing confirmed.

Due to the fact I needed to spend time measuring out what could or couldn’t be used and redesigning the project and making more than planned smaller cuts of wood. Meaning the project took longer, cost more as additional wood was bought elsewhere and screws and brackets needed to made the wood bind, I asked for a good will gesture and unfortunately nothing has been received.

Delivery driver was sensational nothing was to much trouble. Will be shopping from here more regularly as way better then B&Q and Wickes

I ordered 2 small items online and asked for them to be delivered. The next morning I had a phone call to say they were in stock but there would be a few days delay in sending them out. We arranged for me to collect them instead. When I arrived at the store my items were found quickly and I was thanked for collecting them.

Great customer service. I put in my order and had a phone call the same day to tell me when my delivery was going to be made, to give me plenty notice. My order was delivered 2 days later, I received a text giving me a 2 hour window of when it would be there and it was bang on time. The driver was also very friendly and efficient.

Never used Bradfords, but will be first on the list next time. Delivery was available same week, delivery man was super helpful making extra effort to place materials out of way (unlike others I have used who drop at the easiest and most convenient for them). Exeter team were very professional and helpful, highly recommended.

I needed a load of C24 timber and Featheredge fencing boards and posts etc, Bradfords had the best prices that I could find and also had everything in stock. I ordered in the evening and was phoned the morning after to let me know that delivery wasn't going to be next day due to how busy they were, but this suited me fine, and we arranged a day that would work. The delivery driver from Exeter turned up on time, was nice and polite, and unloaded exactly where we asked. Will definitely be using you again!
