Excellent service and price
First time I’ve used Bradfords and must say I was rather impressed . Ordered on website , that was easy to do. Got text and email confirming order. Then got a phone call later that day to arrange delivery. This date was then confirmed by text . On the morning of delivery got a text message confirming it would happen that day . Then got a second text with 2 hour time window . Driver was about 20 minutes late , but he was very friendly and polite and placed dumpy bags where we asked him too. As I said at start I was impressed. Good price, communication and service. I would use again and would recommend them too others.

Great customer service, issues resolved promptly
Easy to place the order, arrived on time - however, the majority of my order was for 24 lengths of timber at 4.8m, and I initially received the 24 at a shorter length - so this had to be fixed. Was resolved the next day - but I am unsure why 4.8m was offered and ordered, but 4.2m was delivered, given I may have needed 4.8m lengths...

Texted by Bradfords the day before to…
Texted by Bradfords the day before to expect delivery 7am - 9.30am turned up 11am and the railway sleeper brackets weee missing.
I phoned up branch and they informed me that they had been waiting on delivery of that product for 6 weeks and likely not going to be available.
To get a refund I was told to wait 24 hours and then call the web based team.
Not resolved yet.

Really helpful staff
