I've had mixed experiences with Bradfords. Ordering online is straightforward and the delivery team usually communicates well to schedule a convenient time. While drivers like Darren have been professional and helpful, there have been small hiccups with deliveries, such as improperly packaged items leading to extra work. Overall, their service is decent, but there’s room for improvement in handling orders more carefully.

Always a great service. I've ordered online several times over the past 6 months for Project Patio.
Jordan rings to confirm order and schedule delivery. Darren has delivered a few times, nice guy, always helpful, even if he told my wife he reckons our dog has put on weight!

Easy to order and great delivery…
Easy to order and great delivery service, I was able to choose when my delivery came and the driver phoned when he was en route. Can’t fault the service at all.

Ordering on-line was very easy to do
Ordering on-line was very easy to do. All the stuff I needed was in stock and available for delivery. Very good communication with the sales team to booking in delivery date. Day of delivery was straight forward I received a text with delivery time and it arrived within the time. Delivery drive Darren was professional and was able to place my order ware I needed it to be. The only problem which not driver’s fault was my loose item where put on a pallet not suitable for what is was and it broke so we had to handball it off the lorry.

Always a lovely experience shopping at Bradfords, either in the store or online. I was contacted fairly quickly after I had ordered my top soil online, to make an appointment for delivery. Arrived on the day, no mess and very happy with the quality of it.

Turned around to end with positive outcome
Ordered online, was delivered same day. Unfortunately when I arrived to complete the job I realised some items missing. Called Stacey on Saturday morning she Stacy arranged for the yard to pick the missing items and I collected them before 12 Midday on the Saturday.
