Late delivery
Order was delivered 24hr late and when it arrived it was the wrong item. I spoke to customer services and 24hr later I had not had a call to tell me how the situation was to be rectified. I then went to the store to sort it out and I am promised delivery today, 3 days late! But I am still waiting and I have not been given a delivery window.

Fantastic service from helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not necessarily the cheapest option around, but fantastic stock and people are available to provide advice and support.
